1. General Questions

Do you have a payment plan?

Yes, there is a payment plan option you can apply for at checkout. It can offset the initial cost of services.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on Shopify. You will also receive contact information to begin our short support process and to remain in contact throughout testing.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to cancel or modify your order after we’ve begun working on it, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please provide order details for us to initiate a response. If we’ve already started you will be refunded the remaining balance or billed respectively.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer additional efforts towards existing or past purchases. No full returns are offered if there is time invested and you’re charged for time invested rounded to the nearest hour.

Can I sign up for a reoccurring subscription of services?

You sure can and we can walk you through it. We would like to provide you testing services all year round.

The overall time varies depending on total number of assets in scope and the method you choose. Feel free to schedule a time for us to contact you prior to purchase via our scheduler app.
